On the second day of the working visit to Zaporizhia Oblast, the leader of the OPPOSITION BLOC Yevhen Muraiev and the candidate for people’s deputies from the OPPOSITION BLOC Rostyslav Shurma met with the staff of the Zaporizhia Iron Ore Plant, one of the largest mining and processing enterprises in Ukraine.
Yevhen Muraiev and Rostyslav Shurma went down to a depth of 840 m to get a closer look at the production processes and working conditions of the miners of the “Operational” mine. A lively and frank conversation with the workers of the day shift took place. It was about how to work together to bring Ukraine out of the economic crisis, how to stop labor migration, which, according to Yevhen Muraiev, is one of the main challenges for our country. “We need to do everything to return people in our country,” the oppositionist is sure.
The miners agreed that effective managers, who are familiar with the problems of the industrial complex, must come to the new Verkhovna Rada. “Power must be strong and professional. Our members in parliament are the key to moving forward and effectively protecting the interests of the regions. We want the money earned by the city-workers to remain in the regions. We are for real decentralization,” Yevhen Muraiev assured.
Addressing the miners, the leader of the OPPOSITION BLOC called them the backbone of the country and assured that coming into the parliament his political force would steadily defend the interests of the working class. Yevhen Muraiev is sure that the country needs a new industrialization, the program of which is in the OPPOSITION BLOC.
