Dmytro Kolesnikov: While people are distracted by debates, Ukraine is slowly going down

More than a million Ukrainians are among the most hungry inhabitants of the planet. This was announced by the MP from the OPPOSITION BLOC Dmytro Kolesnikov, commenting on the results of the annual study of the UN World Food Program. According to the Global Report Food Crises, Ukraine is on the list of countries with acute food shortages.

“While people’s attention is distracted by a circus show called “debates”, Ukraine is slowly but surely going down. 1.1 million Ukrainians are among the most hungry people in the world. Among the main reasons for such degradation is a humanitarian catastrophe due to military actions, high unemployment and meager incomes,” Kolesnikov wrote on his Facebook page.

According to the politician, the death rate in Ukraine continues to grow, while the birth rate is on the contrary reduced.

“Diseases that are not dangerous throughout the world are becoming epidemics in our country. There are poverty, devastation and the backlog of developed countries for dozens and decades. That’s not how we saw our country five years ago. We need a reboot and changes,” the oppositionist emphasized.
