One of the leaders of the OPPOSITION BLOC, Oleksandr Vilkul, called on the Verkhovna Rada to promptly change the legislation on public procurement. He wrote about this on his page on Facebook.
“The manual CEC stated: 55 days left before the elections, and they need 70 days to prepare the ballots. How the “coalition” of the Verkhovna Rada wants to remain at the “feeding trough”, Vilkul noted.
According to him, the Verkhovna Rada should promptly change the legislation on public procurement.
“Last week, the current pro-government MPs didn’t support it. In the near future, we will see who will vote for the necessary changes. A reboot of power must take place!” the MP stated.
Earlier, the head of the CEC, Tetiana Slipachuk, stated that under the current procedure of the procurement system, the Central Election Commission would not have time to print out the ballots and prepare the electoral process.
