Oleksandr Vilkul: The OPPOSITION BLOC will be a stabilizing factor in the new parliament, with a guarantee of development for the country and a decent life for people

The oppositionist explained the danger of one-party majority in the new parliament for the country.

“I expect positive changes from the new President. However, there are conflicting signals from his environment. Therefore, we, the OPPOSITION BLOC, will be the stabilizing factor in the new parliament, which guarantees the development of the country, and a decent life for people,” said one of the leaders of the OPPOSITION BLOC, Oleksandr Vilkul, on the ICTV talk show.

According to him, blind voting for a popular party brand, without understanding what kind of people are under it, can lead to the fact that new persons like Parasiuk, Havryliuk, Semenchenko or Parubiy will enter the parliament.

“The biggest rating today is at the party “Servant of the People”. I do not think that the one-party parliament is good. Let’s remember the situation that was five years ago. Everyone was shouting that new faces would come, and what was the result? We have received a parliament with half of the half-mad people, many of whom proudly boast of inquiries from a mental hospital. Could new persons like Parasiuk, Havryliuk, Semenchenko or Parubiy make the country better? No, they couldn’t. Therefore, this time we need to think and analyze before voting what this or that candidate or party will bring for the country,” Vilkul said.

“Who will be in the party “Servant of the People”? I don’t know, - the oppositionist added. - I am afraid that they themselves still do not fully understand. Therefore, I am not sure that the one-party majority is good.”

Earlier, Oleksandr Vilkul said that the OPPOSITION BLOC, which united local government leaders, mayors and specialists in industry and economics, supported by people, was going to the new Rada. Oppositionists set the tasks: to achieve the abolition of anti-popular “reforms”, reduce tariffs, restore peace, ensure the growth of salaries and pensions.
